Unfortunately, seniors are moving out of the newest/nicest 6 bd I have and actually covers 2 full mortgages in rent, I am just getting significantly less hits on Zillow even with premier.

It reminds me of a buddy of mine in San Diego who realized early on that the investors who stuck around longest weren’t just chasing the best cap rate..they were sticking with him because he made them feel like they were part of something that actually mattered.

The challenge is knowing if the listing agent actually tells your offer to the seller or not.For example, if a distressed property is $650k and you want to offer $620k, the listing agent says the lowest the seller may accept is $645k, but is that actually true or made up because the listing agent wants their commission?

They offer interest-only loans, don't charge for appraisals unless the deal actually closes, and have great customer service (they actually close on time unlike some of the lenders my clients have chosen against my advice over the years who ask for my time for underwriting the day before closing).

As the 3rd largest MSA in the country it's hard to generalize the Chicago market as it's actually over 100 different submarkets when counting the 78 communities in Chicago property and then adding in the various suburbs, including in and around Naperville.
