Hi @Kris Bano even as an investor, agent and just overall Real Estate enthusiast here in San Diego, if I was in your position, I would not focus on buying any real estate and focus on building your business as you will have much better returns and growth in doing that....I think real estate will make more sense for you once you have the business established and you are looking for a place to put your excess funds/profits.I'm always for real estate over any other investment other than starting or growing a business.Good luck!

Naturally we are not enthusiastic to paint units in one-off colour schemes.Usually once or twice a year we get a tenant who asks to paint a room (usually a bedroom) or, occasionally, most of the unit, colours of their choosing.  

If someone comes on to a forum for book enthusiasts and says "I don't care for reading, books are too boring" the reaction is probably not going to be positive. 

Learning to set aside time everyday to consistently work toward goals instead of ramping up and down when I get enthusiastic about a project. 

I've worked this job in a variety of parks and have had the opportunity to do what most outdoor enthusiast pay to do on their free time. 

I'm an outdoor enthusiast and spend a lot time biking and hiking the trails of central Florida.

I'll add my thoughts as I'm somewhat of a firearm enthusiast (and investor)In the state of TN it is legal to CC with a permit, which I have, and it is also legal to open carry.
