Go in any bedroom of mine and it'll look like someone decorated it for Hugh Hefner himself. 

Bonus things I provide are a smart TV, gas or charcoal grill, sundries, garden hose, vacuum cleaner, and bedrooms decorated as if Hugh Hefner himself was going to stay there.

There were cobwebs everywhere-like you only see for Halloween decorations, all toilets were clogged and had to be removed to begin figuring out how many items had been flushed, the can goods in the pantry were empty because apparently they had been there so long that somehow bugs had gotten into them and eaten the contents.

So I plan on purchasing a condo as an STR, but will live in it as my primary residence while I plan other investments and prep the unit (decorate, furnish, light reno if necessary, find a cleaning crew, an on-call handyman etc).

She remodeled both, and decorated them with beautiful, beachy decor.  

In our AirBnB we pay, water, sewer, power, garbage, Netflix, 6500 in startup capex for furniture, decorating, towels, monthly expense in cleaning fees, monthly expenses in soap, coffee, toilet paper etc.

I always recommend that first time investors try to find places that need minor decorating.
