Then marketing starts and this neighborhood gets a lot of lower income folks who don’t qualify due to credit, past criminal history, etc. or they only submit partial paperwork.

After my eviction, all items on the property were the property of the bank.I was able to remove all I needed, but the sheriff made it very clear that when the bank workers told me to leave, I had to leave or risk going to jail for criminal trespassing.
