The only reason I am still contemplating buying this property is because multifamily apartment buildings have been FLYING off the shelf here.

I questioned my investment choice and contemplated dumping the investment and moving on.  

Contemplated looking into Lending Tree... but don't feel like getting bombarded with solicitation.Ill let you know what I find!

Since this will be my first property I am contemplating utilizing a FHA loan because I  will be residing in the property for at least one year.

With about 15,000 in updates I think it would sell in the $170,000-$175,000 range.If we wait one year to buy a new home, and do not sink anymore money in updates into our current home we would have $60,000 or so in equity to put down on our new home.I woke up in the middle of the night last week and for the first time contemplated keeping my current home as a rental.  

I am not particularly fond of college and am unsure that I even want a career pertaining to Political Science.Now on to Real Estate: I am interested in Real Estate and a possible career in RE, and I am contemplating putting my degree on hold in order to take the necessary courses to become a licensed agent (I live in California).

Also, I've contemplated contacting a realtor but didn't know how great of a deal I'd be able to find when looking at listings that are available to anyone.

Apparently the board of directors is contemplating selling ownership because they are unable to get the work done. 

I am contemplating the county courthouse auctions that are done weekly...i have heard that some Consulting Companies can do the vetting for you and get you the title search, all the background info etc. so that you can make an informed decision prior to the auction.
