You are 19 you were born with a tablet and social media in your hand.

At which point he did nothing more than hand you a tablet and a pen to write your name, number, and email.

You could take that and put it on a tablet and have them digitally sign each page on arrival.

@Clay Boykin Thank you for helping me,  I have gone over and over the numbers (non stop calculating over the past 2 months) so I really think I must be calculating something at the wrong amount. 

There are more foundation issues on the east side of town as well due to the higher expansive clay soil content. 

There are some posions that kills mice without the smell so I use those tablets.

We have a lot of expansive clay in the soil here which causes foundation issues.  

This is just personal experience and opinion.If you are investing in the dreaded yazoo clay belt (South of Pearl to north of Madison), it is difficult to use banks that are not from this area.
