All fees and litigation are the responsibility of the owner.- No discrimination against protected classes included section 8(in my city this is not a protected class).- Establish reasonable fees prior to tenant move in for move in/out damage(we are townhouses style), administrative fees in maintaining tenant information.- Minimum of 12 month lease terms.- Can't rent a unit until a year after the sale agreement.- Can't own more then 3 units(144 units of condos and townhouses).

Women in the military or civil service were paid the same as the men at their same grade.I have always thought I could go back in time to any era in history, I think the future is more scary.There has always been a bit of paranoia in government among officials and some conspiracy theories, but nothing to the scale of the general population having the distrust of government until after Kennedy was slain.
