By letting them run another 3 weeks without being shut off or paying, they were able to milk more time out of the landlord AND hurt our system because that was money that we ended up not getting, which just hurt the other rate payers.

Just shutting down the LLC and we are both members so I didn’t know if LLC (member John Doe)  can sell it to John Doe and Mary Jane.

They sound like great people and it shouldn't be a problem, but be prepared to shut it down, if necessary.

I'm mostly surprised how quickly Zillow shut down this business.

While away for a month I shut down the ice maker & it froze the ice cube eject components causing a failure. $100 Repair clinic part & it was fixed. 

I would suggest winterizing, drain the water lines, antifreeze in toilets, leave lowest faucet open etc, incase the heat shuts off 

If they violate this, report them to the City/State governing authority and get them shut down.My personal opinion?

Hello everyone, I'm sure most of you have heard Zillow is shutting down its home-flipping business and that Zillow is dumping its properties by selling their homes below what they paid for, hence, losing a lot of money.
