Hi there, curious if anyone local to OKC or an investor in the area knows of a website or has docs in regards to various zones/area codes and what their ratings/scores are in and around the OKC area. i.e. zip code: 01456 Grade: B-.

I dont have a problem with living spaces that don't meet code for myself, but for others I wouldn't do it.

I know for a couple of my STRs the management company uses the keypad system whereby they are able to set codes offsite for each renter and this is super helpful when working correctly.
