Make sure your standard is justified, then applied fairly to all applicants, and you should be fine.

Waiting to get pre approved on 4 applications to see our options and then we will offer on 5 of 15 properties we saw, that we are very interested in.

Run through some of the features you will need like setting up a property, moving in a tenant, receiving rent payments, and publishing online applications and see which one works the best for you. 

I have never used it, but the box says it's good for interior/exterior applications.

The biggest problem is filtering the 100 or so applicant's per week.
