We hired REI call Center and they have not upheld their end of the agreement at all.

You also have to have a system in place to vet your guest (which Airbnb doesn't do anyway - all they do is "verify" their identity), create a lease agreement, accept deposits and payments and issue refunds of deposits.

I have used DocuSign for selling and purchasing agreements, but not for closing. 

But I doubt you're going to get much info about the tenant outside their lease agreement, voucher mix, and payment history.
