Hi @Dave Harlan      I've done roughly 120 loans with them over the last 14 months on the broker side and have worked with just about every major lender in the space too.

A licensed property manager should have access to the MLS which would put you on realtor.com, Zillow, and probably a dozen or more other websites.You don't need professional photographs, but they should be improved.

For a co-living space, tenants don't appreciate the fence as much as a tenant for a single family rental property.

Hey Jeff, I was just in a similar position with my wife (looking to house hack), but knew she wouldnt be down to share our space.

You can get more insights from other brokers that way you have more open spaces and still hold on to the power.

It’s fantastic to have someone with your level of experience and passion joining the investment space.

I highly recommend attending real estate networking events to meet more people is this space and pick their brain and learn more from their projects and see what is working and what is not.
