Kyle Mccaw automation for STR locks with OwnerRez

Some of the reasons I went with erental lock is because you do not need internet-wifi, you can use the access code but you can also use a key (I like this as a last resort in case the lock stops working, only had to use it once but it was x the guests could not figure out the lock), it is semi-automatic, you actually have to unlock and lock the lock after entering the code, I like this because the battery tends to last longer.

One thing I think is interesting and we are both on Agreement on, is affordability improves significantly next year, dropping from 8 to mid low 6’s is something like a 15-20% improvement on the payment and “only” mid single digits price growth would unlock some affordability (Though I will say for the dc metro there will still be strong argument’s for renting because of how high the payments vs rent will still be , Baltimore and the eastern shore which are two much cheaper markets will probably start to become much more clear to buy).
