Suggesting fraud in a public forum probably isn’t s great idea.Ok, you can get down from your high horse now because no where am I suggesting that I plan to commit fraud.  

That's the root of the issue but to say home ownership is not affordable is disingenuous by some that are glossing over the cause trying to put the cart before the horse.

Being licensed can help, but don't put the cart before the horse.

In saying this you can take a horse to water but you cant make it drink.

You can only lead a horse to the water, you can not make them drink.If it is some agent I know is going to hammer us on the home inspection for $15k...and the client wants to work with this agents offer, then I advise we counter that they waive the home inspection contingency.
