The roof was a special fiber-based Spanish tile that had an installation manual that was voluminous.  

My only delimma is a slight language barrier, the tenants primarily speaking Spanish, and me intuition telling me they are not being upfront with how many people are living in this property.

So I'm just getting started and I apologize if my question is basic or ridiculous, but I'm buying my first property and depending on closing, I may not have any income during this calendar year, but I was wanting to start paying for research, learning Spanish (I'm investing in a highly hispanic area), and things like that.

I'm going out on a limb here and asking if you know how to speak Spanish?  

Now most of us don't have to be as thorough as him (he was hunted by Spanish authorities for a while), but there is a lot of good info about keeping your home address hidden, how some private investigators found seemingly impossibly hidden people, and horror stories about people who didn't take some basic precautions.

I was so close to buying a a 1900 Spanish colonial mission style church to convert in 2011.  

We're going to open up the kitchen to the family room for an open floor plan, add a master bath to the master bedroom, update kitchen and baths with some good finishes, flooring, paint(into and ext),It has a beautiful screened pool and sunroom with large live oaks with plenty of Spanish moss hanging down in the backyard.  

A big part of that is existing brick and mortar retailers doing omni channel marketing and increasing online presence to give synergy to their brands.
