I'm curious for all those that invest in Vegas market, how do you think the NHL approving a team here & NFL Stadium coming will effect our market? (From a landlord & investor perspective )

I have been playing sports all my life, I am a HARD WORKER, and very COACHABLE.

People will shop with the mouse or on their mobile device so you MUST have an online presence in the major rental advertisers.  

Some love the sport, some are interested in creating a nest egg for their family and others want to build wealth that can last for generations.Who do you aspire to be like are there industry leaders that you are following is there a guru that you want to be like or do you have a mentor that has given you a blueprint.  

I know of a handyman company that started out with the person that runs it being shown how to invoice and get proper insurance.One can impact the physical neighborhood in a positive way.There is also the chance to make environmental impact with water saving devices, lower wattage bulbs, maybe even solar panels or charging stations for electrical vehicles.

The sports car stays home when I visit tenants. 

This is still labor intensive but I think this device offers the potential for my workers to remove that paint in a speedy manner.
