Worst Case Scenario in foreclosure...they hit the MOther LODE!

I am a stay at home mother and had my real estate license and I am looking to get my brokers license so that when we have enough money we may do this on our own.

If a parent goes into a Nursing Home and those expenses are paid for by Medicaid, many states can and do go after the residence after the nursing home resident and spouse have died.
