The STR arena is highly complex and  significantly down in multitudes of markets across the nation.

I would just stop going there instead trying to track down the owners and analyzing their corporate structure.  

And while I don't know what the market will do next year, I am pretty sure that in the long run Milwaukee home prices will creek up towards the national average.

Egress window will be a must, because that is part of national fire code.
