I monitor our equity position in each property and as the equity has grown we have used both to continue growing our portfolio.  

You really can't back out at this point, so I would just monitor the situation carefully. 

It's a hot market and will be for years to come with the massive infrastructure changes happening!

I think on Airbnb you can do filter searches based on “ev charger”, with the new incentives in the projected infrastructure bill there will be more and more electric on the road.  

Have you read any city minutes from planning to see if new business or infrastructure is expected?
