Would Landlord Insurance be a viable avenue to subsidize the cost of my third floor tenants living in a local hotel for a few weeks while repairs are completed? 

My partner and I are actively pursing to purchase a Hotel/Motel/Multifamily in Big Bear CA, Gulf Shores AL, Gatlinburg TN, and Forgotten Coast FL by Q1 of this year.
