I've been searching for same thing. 

To find the right real estate investor group, search for meetup platforms, REIA (Real Estate Investor Association) groups, local brokerages, and LinkedIn events.

I recently paid Zillow $30 to keep my add nearer to the top of the search.

I kept looking further and further out to find an affordable place where the commute to the city was an hour +.Out of frustration one day I expanded my search to include Hudson County NJ and found that there were great neighborhoods with multi family buildings perfect for house hacking.

After no luck with the realtor after 8 months of the same thing over and over again - I lost a bit of motivation and just stopped searching Zillow for hours a day. 

When those legitimate HVAC vendors didn't respond immediately or commit to resolving the undiagnosed issue within 48 hours, Latchel sent "LUGGHOME" (nothing comes up when Googling LUGGHOME btw).I authorized UP TO $175 and requested a call from the contractor after the diagnosis. 

You can't find much on google, they must have paid someone to manage their reputation.

Go on Airbnb, search the top listings near by, and see who manages them.
