@Garrett Brown I don't think this is an up and coming market at all but I've found the lakefront houses in the Poconos to do really well.

I've used Furnished Finder exclusively for one year now, and haven't found the need to use anything else (yet!)

I have found that you cannot go through a normal lending institution, They will lead you down the path that you will get the loan...In the end they will require documentation that is near impossible to get and it will end. 

. - Finding a Good Team: Since there is a language barrier in place it was much harder to communicate with any cleaning companies/property managers we found. 

Many times, I've found that tenants will decide that they would rather not have a formal eviction on their record and pay me the rent.
