I have seen fires caused by aluminum wire in the field, but not nearly as frequently as FPE panels.

I am personally a big fan of some Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida deals, as they are all fairly landlord-friendly.

If you’re not a fan of accounting, I’d suggest Quicken, quickbooks little brother.

There are also frequently multiple homes on the same lot or that offer dual living potential.
