As a little background information, I have a degree in General Science from Morehouse college in Atlanta Georgia, a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from the University of Michigan, and I just graduated in June from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia with an MBA.

I'm currently attending full time in college without a job but I want to get into real estate investing whether it be wholesaling, flipping, or rentals.

So, i am a recent college grad and just moved to Chicago.

I'm not sure I knew what one was when I was in college, much less ever turned one on. 

While he was 'building' his credit (a similation as if he was a 1st yr college student) with a new car loan and new cc, his score was like 324 for a long time.  

Done right, holding might just meet the needs of your retirement, children's college education or other financial objectives of your golden years quite nicely, making you appreciate that foreclosure you bought and held in Parker way back when.  

But (I know I should stop starting sentences with conjunctions, I skipped college English) there is a redeemed house that is back from the dead up to rejoin the living.

I am a young 26 year old college student, who is a finance major, with about $500 to start with.
