I assume California clawback (1031 out of CA) when the replacement property is sold follows the gains computed by federal tax forms?

As a property manager it's so helpful for me to be able to have separate accounts for each property that I manage.

She really is a wholesaler using their services and they give a bonus in the form of skip traced leads to their current clients for referrals.

Seeing how they were all brand new accounts and they have now been banned is the nail in the coffin for me!

For me, I’ve decided that with my current relationship with this agent my time is better spent elsewhere.

I finally sold it for a small fraction of what I paid for it, but I was out from under the HOA fees and taxes which at about $1,700. per year, which is a sizeable sum for me, and as we know, these fees increase every year.Bottom line is, DO NOT purchase property there for an investment. 

I’m not able to personally qualify for cash out refinances.I’m looking to sell my home located in Southwest Florida in a HOA community but want to remain in the home to lease- 3 years or more.Does anyone have experience with this type of program or have any suggestions for me on where to look to get this done.
