First let me say I believe in paying for training..I like condensed learning curve ..That said I bought a training program a while back called "VA training done for you".. from Rob Swanson.

The biggest reason is such an influx of the work/time required by staff is so condensed into a few months...that you're either over staffed the rest of the year or spread thin during tax peaks. 

@Jem Jacala A few things: Check the condensate drain line in "the utility closet with the ac heating unit".Were renovations done recently (within the last year) to the bath, HVAC, closet, flooring etc.?

They said that the windows have condensation on them. 

. - are those prices both just for the outdoor condenser? 

When I went there to do maintenance like AC filter change, condensate pump cleaning, hot water T&P valve flush etc...the last two months, her mom was there. 

The condensate drain line had a break in it and was leaking into the kitchen through the return air vent coming from the attic. 

And 2) to condense the idea that you are paying interest on the entire loan balance and paying more interest early on into a word/phrase instead of a sentence/paragraph.

Many Memphis properties require a cage to keep AC condensers from disappearing.
