That's a good idea.I definitely don't want to sound like I want to be a slum lord. 

Lord knows not every deal I do works perfect that's for sure..

Well, my dad and I thought it would be good and we were going to call them but my dad later convinced himself that it won't work based off of the numbers they showed us and he didn't like the idea of buying depressed properties and renting them because he didn't want to be a "slum lord".

Do you really want to jump into a multi-unit and then find out that you aren’t getting a deal on the property because you found it on the MLS and lord knows it’s rare to find a deal on that, not to mention the listing agent has inflated the price on the property.
