I'd bet a box of donuts that you'll have a logo for LAZ, SP+ (Standard + Central Parking), etc. on it.  

My unit does not have its own meter and has a breaker box with most of the outlets and lights within my unit, but no access to the main breaker.

Anyone have some advice or ideas that are "out of the box"?

Have you checked with the insurance company about an improvement to your rate if the fuse box is swapped out? 

Many big box hardware stores will change the brands they carry literally every single year making it impossible to find what you had installed the year before.
