If you are paying what is owed, you don't go through this, it's a new loan and a payoff.Why?

A smaller SFR I purchased a year and a half ago took about 12 months to stabilize.

.- Podio has really good integration with other services--like RightSignature for eSignature, Google Docs/Drive, Dropbox, Twilio for SMS, Lob for physical mail--either for marketing or other workflows like invoicing, and a ton of other services.  

I’ve found weekly check-ins and a shared project tracker to be lifesavers, helping you spot delays before they become major issues.

The sad part of this story is if any other taxpayer failed to update their address and a lien was sold, nobody would pay any attention to reversing that sale.

You’ll probably pay a higher sales price and a higher interest rate as well. 

If you want to be a passive investor, you need capital, information and a network, but you don't need specific advantage in real estate.  

I agree and as you said "if you want to make money" but in this case I am not trying to make money, right away but rather not loose money if anything.

A picture is worth a 1000 words and a project we helped someone on in the UP was able to gain support and approval by getting renderings done showing what the finished project would look like.
