I would not fool with any education....Most of it is all right here, and free....I am not saying you don't need an education, I would read as much as you can from the free resources, webinars, podcasts,  then buy as many books as care to read.  

I would also recommend listening to weekly webinars by Brandon if the time workouts for you.Kind Regards,Rajiv

I have already leaned a good deal through the bigger pockets podcasts as well as Brandon turners online webinars but I want to continue to grow in this new adventure.

Listening to the podcasts and webinars and reading through the blogs and forum have opened my eyes to the different opportunities available.Through BP I hope to find others in the area that I can learn from and connect with since I would be starting off this endeavor only part-time (I average 55-60 hrs at my FT job).
