I have hit a small roadblock in my start up stage in making my house flipping business legit.

I have heard nightmare stories from friends of taking 6 months or longer to evict bad tenants while they utterly and completely destroyed the property.   

Ive came to the realIzatIon that I want to learn how to use, fund and afford general contractors to upgrade my properties freeing me up to hunt out other deals vs me working crazy hours at my job plus doing all the work myself which at this stage in my life is not really plausible.

My deal flow and stage of my career is such that I'm selling properties all across the great LA region. 

Is it really necessary to stage this home?

I'm in a stage of learning and getting the finance.

On the Real estate cycle, we are closing in on the Stage 6, Late Stable stage and will hit the peak soon.

Hi all ,I’d like some advice on my BRRRR strategyCurrently the properties that I’m BRRRR’ing , at the refinance stage give me back all of my investment and sometimes more than my investment.

Does anybody have recommendations for a stager they liked? I've used several and didn't really like any of them. The ones that do a good job were far too expensive, and the cheap ones tend to do a terrible job.
