I think that is part of the point if a Realtor had gotten to that nice of house in that nice of area the seller would have made much more money than a wholesaler taking advantage of what has to be an uniformed seller... :)  that's one point of view.And no I drive a Hyundai but I fly a Cirrus  !!!

The previous tenant was a guy , he didnt bake , had work uniforms( little laundry)  , didnt keep the place 80 degrees , and was bald , no hair to dry .

Again there are exceptions, but I would say the HOA neighborhoods seem to be cleaner, neater, more uniform, more organized.
