I bet this was a relative - maybe son-in-law or so, who was called by his Father-in-law and who then used his uniform for a personal situation.

I think that is part of the point if a Realtor had gotten to that nice of house in that nice of area the seller would have made much more money than a wholesaler taking advantage of what has to be an uniformed seller... :)  that's one point of view.And no I drive a Hyundai but I fly a Cirrus  !!! 

This model will continue to be successful as long as homeowners are uniformed on the true cost of convenience and as long as the market is appreciating.

The previous tenant was a guy , he didnt bake , had work uniforms( little laundry)  , didnt keep the place 80 degrees , and was bald , no hair to dry .  

Again there are exceptions, but I would say the HOA neighborhoods seem to be cleaner, neater, more uniform, more organized. 

Property taxes vary state to state, county to county, city to city and at times, school district to school district...and are not uniform for the most part like Cali.
