, The builder told me that as long as my HELOC is zero balance on closing that will be okay, but I did not ask them if it will drastically lower my credit in case they will pull again for the third time with the builder. 

I find that selling owner user commercial property with 20% down and owner financing the balance is quite easy and usually results in at least a few quick offers.

In every business there will always be honest people - and there will always be fraudsters, and those who are balancing in between.However, I agree that open honesty of actions, intent, and past record eliminates 99% of ethical problems.  

Hey @DaVontaye Jordan - lots to unpack here but I agree, its strange for the landlord or property management to not provide a ledger or atleast a break down of the balance that may be owed so you can decipher how much you're truly owing.
