When units are rented out, you have no way to push more traffic towards your unit, and I would always be suspicious that they were renting it out more days than they were telling me.

relationship with gold:Having spent quite a bit of time working on private yachts which is largely a cash business I also know some people who use gold as a way of transporting money across borders, since it is a lot easier and less suspicious to carry around a few pieces of jewelry or an expensive watch than large bundles of cash. 

I'm suspicious that, in order to claim any damages, there would be a lot of red tape involved and possibly impossible requirements. 

When I did that a couple of times and received no response, I got a little suspicious.

It is looked at very suspiciously of any agent (whether wearing the Realtor hat or not with a specific buyer) to be locking sellers into a legal contract at a value that is honestly below retail and the trading the contract to another investor for cash to your pocket.  

Basically you pay a lower fee and they do all of the initial research work they would normally do and if nothing suspicious shows up then they don't continue. 

There is something suspicious about this considering that I've seen the laundry room be very busy.My question is the following.

Is there any thing below you would ask more questions about or be suspicious of? 

Seems suspiciously rosy, but until I can figure out what's wrong with it I'm drawn to it like a moth to the flame!
