High demand but low supply

The only place you'll find a better resource is by going to your local building supplies store and filling in the numbers where the books have ranges.

Not sure if you need to incentivize them, I guess depends on supply/demand in your area.  

When I have a large portfolio or if I am not local, I will hire a PM but it seems silly to pay for a service I can supply to myself even if it is a little bit of a hassle. 

I have asked my real-estate agent to supply a list, but I'm wondering if this information is publicly available some where as a database.I guess alternatively I could just drive around my target area on google maps street view and make my own map, but this would take quite a while...Cheers,Tom

The problem now is not crazy demand due to loose lending, it is low supply due to no building.

The owner also installed a Rinnai hot water heater that he supplies propane for each apartment.
