@Daray Olaleye im a newbie and building up my buyers list and i have a question that no one seems to understand, if/when i have a strong buyers list I'd like to co-wholesale/jv with another wholesaler.

My credit is still very strong and I would refinance and keep it within an LLC.Would appreciate any insight or help as it has been a very stressful time and I am looking to move quick on refinancing.

We also have a decent savings account and a strong income, so we’re in a good financial position to make some moves with these properties.I’d love any advice on how to proceed, including options I might not have considered, and how to best manage or renovate these properties for the long term.

You should determine, are the returns strong enough to justify paying some UBIT, in comparison to investing in other investment products, such as what your IRA is investing in now.

@Andrew CosmeYou should close just as if it was a normal sale and get a title company to create the loan docs, get title insurance and sell you the property.I strongly recommend you go through a title company and do not do a closing that was based on docs found online etc.

Hey @Kyle Jacques it sounds like you’ve got a prime location with strong potential, but you’re missing the structure to fill those gaps in bookings.

If each one of those pieces are not strong in what they do it will only make it more difficult for you to manage.

Here is one question though - there's a pretty strong real estate community in Nashville already.
