Seems like a strange situation that the seller wants to kick out the tenants of a property that he is selling. 

I too recently filled out the online application through Lending Home but wanted to make sure they are legit as they reached out to me first (strange). 

I also don't see how she can have a judgment set before the property is sold, unless she caved in and agreed, that's rather strange for a professional I'd say. :) 

When we put insulation in the attic, I let everyone know since they might hear strange noises etc.  

Strangely, I always feel particularly real estate motivated when I'm working out lol. 

@J Scott  agreed very strange title would find this unless there was something of record that was creating a lien or encumbrance like a code violation that gets recorded..

The developer may have gone broke if he couldn't get earlier units leased out (or sold) to keep the construction lending going.Joplin is one of those strange economic situations where it used to be great in its start as a lead mining town, but never really had much going for it other than being a truck stop for Interstate - 44.

The house is plumbed strangely so one of the two water heaters is shared, so other tenants had no hot water (there were a series of cloudy days).  

I know this is a strange post, if anyone else is doing something similar, or if you have other suggestions on how I should invest, I would  love to hear it.  

I am out in Ohio and we just have one license so the idea that there are different types is kind of strange to me.
