I also don't see how she can have a judgment set before the property is sold, unless she caved in and agreed, that's rather strange for a professional I'd say. :)

The developer may have gone broke if he couldn't get earlier units leased out (or sold) to keep the construction lending going.Joplin is one of those strange economic situations where it used to be great in its start as a lead mining town, but never really had much going for it other than being a truck stop for Interstate - 44.

The house is plumbed strangely so one of the two water heaters is shared, so other tenants had no hot water (there were a series of cloudy days).
