What I don't control is the market price.The specific business situation where this may be useful is on absorption of a new apartment complex units, but then they have a metric for that, absorption.

Is it from experience of there are tools out there that show numbers on specific areas?

And while there are plenty of skeezy homeowners, I know I will pay the bill, unless you go way off budget and we didn't talk about it ahead of time.
