I think a computer could scan millions of images each day and spit out a list of potentially distressed properties.

Ask for pics/video of before and then after the repair. 

The next step would be to regularly scan these areas for anything that looks interesting.....and I have seen so many properties before that I can tell if it is worth while or not.

My main question is, now that I've signed a P&S, can I still get a 1031x jump started, and I think the answer I'm getting is "yes" as long as I do so before closing.

I now require front/side pics of animals, and if possible meet them in person, or have a NON-animal person meet them-- if she's comfortable with them they tend to be OK.
