When a rookie makes a bid people are laughing they know he got a lemon or overbid. 

The time and information the members donate through the forums is greatly appreciated and has already saved me from making at least one critical error (investing with Morris Invest.. dodged that bullet!).

@James Free You did a great job describing the Fundamental Attribution Error; it's one of the more common cognitive biases. 

Waiting 45 minutes for someone to correct an error on their part is crazy!
