I always rip off the old roof.

gone and the remains of my signs that were ripped off when i stapled them to the wooden utility poles, it wasnt on private property either for the owner to come and rip it off which would be understandable and something i wouldnt do, SO what im guessing is another wholesaler who thinks that area is only his because out of all these other signs and service stuck on the ground and nailed to the utility poles only mine was ripped off, which pisses me off to another level and to also mention that my sign was the only one that had to deal with Real Estate.

The only success the gurus have is by ripping people off the money they charge. 

Especially some sellers that were very angry with me in the beginning, called me names, said things like "you just are trying to rip me off!!"

Broken windows, I will pay for the first time, but if it happens again, it's because of their irresponsibilityRipped and torn screens (Usually ripped and torn because the teenage kids are sneaking out of the house at night, via the WINDOWS!)

He said "why are you ripping on Detroit when at the same time you are investing in Detroit".

Having worked in a bureaucracy where the managers don't give a rip about the future of the organization, only their own power and ability to control those below them, has given me a unique perspective on managers of all kinds.I could go on a long time about this nonsense but the thing I like is calling the shots and being responsible for what happens.

I have done repairs for other investors due to home inspection things as simple as adding an attic fan, to repairing roof leaks that were obviously there way before the rehab, to ripping out an entire bathroom, and starting from new.  

if an entire house has that old wood paneling,would the arv of ripping out and deywalling be worth it?
