Regardless of who does the hiring, do you have a member of your staff do a quality inspection prior to remitting payment for services rendered?

Although the blades on the snake are sharp, when you plunge into a massive ball of roots the blades are rendered useless and the pulling effect starts. 

Has anyone considered getting CAD renderings done of the interior of homes showing how they could be laid out and furnished?

I'm already kind of all in and although I could cough up the money for this second list, it would pretty much drain my funds that I've earmarked towards this venture rendering my real estate flipping dreams dead. 

This is necessary in case there were any defects in the tax sale that rendered it void, such as the auction notices being the name of a dead person, or the "heirs of ..." a dead person.
