Really eye-opening in terms of the limiting beliefs I had regarding ways to finance deals. 

And if one person is committed to trying to do everything "virtually" without ever visiting the property.... well try to expand their belief system to accommodate the greater good.Don't rely on email to project manage, nor put it in google docs (or Excel in our case), as you need a software that keeps everyone in the loop so things get done, and deadlines not missed.... also keeps accountable.

Hello All - First time posting, been listening to the podcasts and reading the forums religiously since the beginning of the year.

Probably due to the belief too many CA residents with new wealth from Chinese buying up all of CA and coming here and overpaying for everything, it's infuriating to live in a place where everyone is after everything, high demand is terrible to live around much less to invest in. 

It’s my belief that the 4-Plex that’s on my radar is low risk high return.

These are all built on an expanding money supply, money to lend & money to borrow, money to invest and the belief that a stable dollar (slowly deflating based on a prescribed inflation rate) so that future returns can be guessed at and calculated.

Of coarse before he ghosted on me ,he trashed the unit out ,left crap everywhere ,punched holes in the walls  and The carpet is ruined beyond belief .. all this because I gave him the benefit of the doubt .

I would never let anything whatsoever (geographic boundaries, beliefs, experience, etc.) cloud my integrity or fiduciary responsibility to a client, fellow professional or simply, person. 

We started listening to BP religiously and spent ever night talking about the endless possibilities in real estate.

All of your viewpoints have further confirmed my previous beliefs.
