@Paul B. you're right, the terms @John Stanley mentioned are good terms and contrary to popular belief there are groups  who offer deals without acquisition fees. 

Getting in front of progress (without overspending) is what I'm seeing in our situation.I spoke with the owner of a large chain of 12 storage facilities and they have expanded current facilities for the growth.

It is the most popular software in the industry and all CPAs know how to navigate it which is nice.QBO has a great projects tool that allows you to see all of your ongoing expenses for a particular project. 

It would be great to have a timer to actually track reviewer's loan progress from start to close.For me personally, I'd like to choose the lender who works the most transparently, efficiently, and overall professionally.What are your thoughts?
