My wife and I have chosen RE investing because of:The Cash Flow Factor Tax Benefits (to help keep more of our hard earned money) Wealth Creation / Net Worth Security (well, more then most other investments anyway - because everyone needs shelter)If you notice, wealthy people always have real estate in their holdings (including politicians who want to impose higher taxes on the rich - funny how that works).

Sorry I got all worked up, but poor, unprofessional tactics like these make me mad because it affects my business by affecting the reputation of our industry, which is why we're on the list of the most distrusted professions, right behind contractors, politicians, and psychics!

I can't understand how politicians can be for both lowering taxes, raising spending, and adding tariffs.

The politicians therefore have a political pressure to prioritize tenants over LLs.I hope this did not pass.  

Well if you were gullible enough to believe a politician you probably shouldn't have been voting to start with.

Alot of the reason for this is the abuses that take place by patients as well as physicians and the fear in almost every politician to bring up the need for reform.

Unlike some politician and industrialists who have a stake in denying global warming, those scientists don't.

It's an easy way for the politicians to bring about their political agenda without having to go through the wringer at home.

The problem is that the politicians are the problem.

I am concerned about politicians, including our President, railing against BP in order to appease an angry public.
