The way that I look at it is.. you are going to find many people who are emotionally attached to their home and will want to try to save it and attempt a modification to stay in their home.

They are "tied to the hip" and anything you do with one has to attach to the other.

You really have to let go of your attachment to junk, even useful or seemingly valuable items or equipment.

@James Masotti I tried to get a couple FI’s to attach a line of credit, but they didn’t like the secondary lien behind an owner financed loan.

because we all have attachment to this property in some way , for people who watched the show practicaly lived  in this home and it would be an experience to walk this property that you grew up in but never lived there and the so many memories.

I used https://unifiedtitle.com/resources/o-and-e/ to run the title on the home / land to make sure there are no other liens attached.

But, that is irrelevant since the Actual judgment still exist, which is the problem for the lender, as it will attach to the property they are buying, and perhaps ahead of their mtg.
