It's so easy to have some magnetic signs hanging around to throw on your other vehicle if you want to go do a bid and not take your big ole truck.I have no answer as to why they don't take advantage of this.....it's just dumb (maybe there's your answer :-) I have the company name on 3 out of 4 work trucks .

If you are closing on a property that you will reside in, can you close it in a Trust, or do you have to close it in your own name, and then later transfer it into a Trust?

It's not great either but they are stating if given this deal once I have 5 properties; they will allow me to convert my 5 properties (I have an LLC but the properties are all in my name not in the LLC yet) over to a commercial loan (5 properties min) and give me a line of credit to continue buying additional properties.
