I just discovered that there are two FIFA liens on the property, the first from Capital One and the second from Discover Card.  

It's amazing how that works, for that listing, looking into "just listed" postcards to the neighborhood, and when it comes time to "just sold" cards. 

Before long, investors were piling into the grand ballroom and the quiet whispers of the morning became a slow and steady roar, as investors from all over the US introduced themselves to each other, exchanged business cards and shared their stories of where they're from and why they're here.

Take lots of business cards and don't be afraid to talk with people.
