For me, it always makes more sense to replace them now and when I sell in 5-10 yrs I only have 5-10 yr old cabinets that aren't that bad.

I got 4.308 APR for 30 yrs fixed from builder lender (i haven't got the quote from him for ARM yet). is it a good idea to go with 30 yrs fixed or first close the loan with 30 yrs fixed and later refinance it.
