What are you more interested in, going full steam ahead as an agent or getting into investing?  

i would try steaming it and seeing how easy it comes off.  

The only help they need is us getting out of their way and letting them become everything they want on their own steam.

Installation, repair, and modification of steam, gas, and drain piping of all sorts.

those have been picking up steam for the last couple of years now.

Btw concrete is porous, you might be able to make it appear as if its gone but i guarantee it will come back much like a stain on a carpet comes back after a steam clean.

i had one house, the walpaper did not want to come off. i steamed it, sprayed it. cut it, nothing... i started to damage the walls, that's how hard i was trying to get it off..the drywaller/painter had a secret, but he did not want to tell me. then i just hired a guy that skim coated the whole kitchen and he covered the wallpaper with it.

Just blowing off steam here, I opened an i401k with SunWest Trust.

We went to the 3rd bedroom, and lo and behold, a steaming pile of poop from her dog in the room. 

You may want to weigh how old your hot water or steam radiator system is, and if you my incur some capital expenditures in the near future as a result.
